Quick Intro
Heyyy, my name is Aysha, and I’m currently based in Scotland. I’m a Narrator and my love is in the art of being imaginatively free and creatively open, enjoying the responsibility of sharing a character and their story with anyone willing to listen and learn. I’m a huge sucker for romance. I come across as a comedic, bubbly cheerleader for others around me, but at the same time, I’m all about girl power, being my own boss and having a lethal work ethic. I wish to tell with my youthful Scottish, Indian and General American accent - engaging Middle Grade adventures with a contrast of comedy off the clock and Vanilla or Dark YA romance’s with splashes of plot twists everywhere keeping us on the edge. Then whisk listeners off to a fantasy land far away hidden deep within the realms of secret’s filled with magic and endless possibilities.
Demo Reel’s
Hiii, again
I was raised by an immigrant mother from Pakistan and a father born in England. I'm half British and half Pakistani and I feel very connected to my culture, and can speak a second language - Punjabi. Ever since I was a child, I loved role-playing - it was a way I could express myself - however, it wasn't always my chosen career path. At a very young age, my parents ‘‘inspired’’ me to become a teacher, so I had always imagined myself as one. Since Primary/elementary school, I have always loved performing in plays. Sadly, I was continuously given the smallest roles - yet still, I would put all my energy and effort to perfect the few lines I was given (if I were lucky) in front of an audience. It wasn’t until my last year of school (before high school) that I got a letter from a production company offering me to become a lead for a showcase featuring cyberbullying. I got to perform on a massive stage in my local town hall in front of many people, and that was the start of my first big role- more then 2 lines! From then onwards I always had acting in my life. I slowly became less interested in the career that I previously thought would be my future. Storytelling through acting was what excited me and filled me with energy and passion, it felt like being taken on an adventure !
I have had training in Higher National Certificate degree in Acting and Performance complementing with a Creative and Digital Media Foundation Apprenticeship and graduated from ‘‘The Great Audiobook Adventure’’ early 2025. Even though this doesn’t sound like much - I’ve never once stopped growing and working on my craft from Stanislavski, Meisner to Uta. I’ve read and admired them all and will do my absolute best to honour your words.
When I’m not in my igloo you will find me lounging about binge-watching K-dramas or on Duolingo learning Korean, Indulging in cake [the love of my life], Catching up on the Bruins or Devils, At the theatre recharging my creative battery, Reading anything dark romance and Driving to the park to ponder on the swings.
