I was raised by an immigrant mother from Pakistan and a father born in England. I'm half British and half Pakistani and I feel very connected to my culture, and can speak a second language - Punjabi. Ever since I was a child, I loved role-playing and acting - it was a way I could express myself - however, it wasn't always my chosen career path. At a very young age, my parents inspired me to become a teacher, so I had always imagined myself as one. However, I always had acting in my life from day 1. I slowly became less interested in the career that I previously thought would be my future. Storytelling through acting was what excited me and filled me with energy and passion, it felt like being taken on an adventure.

I have had training in Higher National Certificate degree complementing with a Creative and Digital Media Foundation Apprenticeship. I happen to also own a strong pair of vocal cords thanks to my singing training and I love a good karaoke in the car.

When I’m not in the booth you will find me lounging about binge-watching K-dramas, at the theatre recharging my creative battery, reading the newest romcom or driving to the park to ponder on the swings.
